This workshop is an opportunity to reflect on your life, surroundings and environment. Since our arrival in the world has affected the way we relate to ourselves, and to others, this continues to influence us today. Seek ways to progress in order to have a positive, and realistic self-image.
Developing A Positive Relationship With Myself
This workshop is based on in-depth knowledge, deep values, potentialities, capacities, and acceptance of one’s whole reality. In this workshop, discover valuable elements of yourself, to progress toward living a positive relationship with yourself.
Objectives:
To live a positive relationship with yourself.
Reflect on your history and relationships, and how these affected your way of relating to yourself and others today.
Identify what is positive? What is not going so well?
What causes my relationship with myself to break down? Judgements of myself or others negative reactions? etc.
Discover ways to progress in order to have a positive and realistic relationship with yourself.
Remain in a place of true valuation of yourself.
Method:
Discover and educational framework and questions that guide you to reflect on your experiences and inner sensations, leading you to become more yourself, through writing and sharing(optional). We read notes and listen to commentaries from the facilitator giving us a psychological framework for understanding ourselves. Experience a methodical and gentle process. In a respectful relational environment that is vitalising and life-giving, non-judgmental, and confidential. Respecting equality, cultural and ethnic diversity.
